Cheese & Pumpkin Scones

3 cup pumpkin puree

3 tbsp butter

6 egg

4 cups SR Flour

1 cup grated cheese

¼ cup chopped chives

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C.

  2. Mix together the pumpkin, butter and egg until smooth.

  3. In a separate bowl mix the flour with the cheese and chives.

  4. Combine all together and work to form a dough.

  5. Flatten out onto a floured surface.

  6. Cut into small shapes with room to spread out on the tray.

  7. Bake for approx. 15 minutes.
