Cheese & Pumpkin Scones
3 cup pumpkin puree
3 tbsp butter
6 egg
4 cups SR Flour
1 cup grated cheese
¼ cup chopped chives

Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C.

Mix together the pumpkin, butter and egg until smooth.

In a separate bowl mix the flour with the cheese and chives.

Combine all together and work to form a dough.

Flatten out onto a floured surface.

Cut into small shapes with room to spread out on the tray.
-
Bake for approx. 15 minutes.
