(Not) Chocolate Spread
1 avocado
1 cup blanched hazelnuts
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
10ml maple syrup

Roast the blanched hazelnuts in the oven for 10-12 minutes, do not allow them to burn

Add the nuts to a food processor and blitz until they form a paste

Add in the remaining ingredients and blitz to your desired consistency

Store in the fridge for 4-5 days
