Seedy Crackers
1½ cups Rye flour
2 cups mixed seeds (combination of pumpkin, sunflower, chia flax etc)
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tbsp. honey
1¼ cups water

Preheat oven to 180 In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, mix well then add water and honey

On a lined/greased baking sheet, spread the dough into a thin layer and bake for 45-55 mins (depending on thickness) Cool on a cooling rack
