Lemon and Parmesan Brussels
Brussels Sprouts
tbsp. Olive Oil
Lemon juice and grated zest
Grated parmesan

Preheat oven to 180
-
Wash, trim and half (lengthways) your Brussels
-
In a bowl mix the olive oil, lemon juice and zest and roll the sprouts in the mix before laying out on to a baking tray
-
Roast in the oven for 25 minutes then add the grated parmesan before eating!
