Lemon and Parmesan Brussels

Brussels Sprouts

tbsp. Olive Oil

Lemon juice and grated zest

Grated parmesan

​

 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 

  2. Wash, trim and half (lengthways) your Brussels 

  3. In a bowl mix the olive oil, lemon juice and zest and roll the sprouts in the mix before laying out on to a baking tray

  4. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes then add the grated parmesan before eating!
