Festive Spiced Porridge

1 handful flaked almonds           

1 handful sultanas                          

1 tsp cinnamon & some grated nutmeg                    

Plain porridge oats (I use 1 cup for 3 people)

Almond milk (I use 3 cups to 1 cup of oats)

Drizzle honey (over 1’s)

Tsp dried cranberries

Grated Orange zest

 

  1. Make up your porridge with almond milk & mix together

  2. Add in the spices, sultanas and almonds

  3. Mix well together then serve in bowls with the dried cranberries & orange zest on top and a drizzle of honey
